This Policy explains how medinklud s.r.o. collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, as well as the personal data of your family members, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Z.z. of the Slovak Republic on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing

We process your data solely to facilitate your relocation and integration into Slovakia’s healthcare system.

3. Categories of data processed

To facilitate the relocation process, we collect the following categories of data:

Professional: Resumes, work experience, certificates, and references.

Educational: Diplomas, transcripts, and certificates of qualification.

Identification: Passport information, birth/marriage certificates (for families).

Financial: Documentation confirming financial support (a requirement for a residence permit).

Contact: Phone number, email, messaging apps.

4. Processing of family members' data

If your services include assistance with the relocation of family members (spouses, children), you confirm that:

  1. You have informed your family members about the transfer of their data to medinklud s.r.o.
  2. The data (passports, certificates) will be used exclusively for the purposes of applying for a residence permit, finding housing, or enrolling children in educational institutions in Slovakia.
  3. The legal basis is the performance of the contract to which you are a party as the principal applicant.

5. Who do we share your data with?

Your data is shared only with those organizations whose involvement is necessary for your legalization:

Potential employers: Medical institutions in Slovakia.

Government agencies: The Slovak Ministry of Education, the Migration Police (Cudzinecká polícia), and medical chambers.

Service providers: Certified translators, notaries, and real estate agents.

Technical providers: Website hosting, CRM system, and secure cloud storage services.

6. Retention period for personal data

Professional and educational data: Throughout the entire process of recognition of foreign qualifications and job search, as well as for 5 years after the contract ends, to protect the legal interests of the parties.


Data for residence permits and administrative services: For the periods specified by Slovak immigration law.


Marketing data: 48 months or until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right at any time to:

  1. Request access to your data and receive a copy of it.
  2. Request the correction of inaccurate data.
  3. Request the deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”) if its storage is no longer justified by contract or law.
  4. Restrict the processing of your data.
  5. Withdraw your consent to receive newsletters (this will not affect the hiring process).
  6. File a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.

8. Safety

We use state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures to protect your documents (especially scans of passports and diplomas) from unauthorized access. Only the employees directly handling your case have access to these documents.
